2. "Development and Application of Key Technologies of Emergency Power Supply for Mine Energy Storage" won the "First Prize of Technical Invention".
The traditional emergency power supply mostly uses diesel generator set, which has some disadvantages such as complicated operation, difficult maintenance, unstable output load, long response time and poor matching ability of shock load. With the rapid development of energy storage technology, FGI company has developed a high-voltage and high-power emergency energy storage power supply system by using the mature power electronics technology it has mastered. In order to solve the problem of 6-10 times impulse current caused by the direct start-up of the main fan and auxiliary elevator transformer in the mining area, the adaptive virtual impedance algorithm is adopted. Dynamically adjust the voltage output without affecting the power supply to limit the impulse current within the allowable range of the system. Compared with conventional diesel generators and three-loop power supply, it has the functions of fast response, absorption of feedback energy and non-emergency peak and valley arbitrage cutting and valley filling. The third party test shows that the technical and economic indicators related to the virtual impedance suppression of impulse current and the battery energy balance ability have reached the international leading level of similar technologies.
