Application of BPJ1 Explosion proof Frequency Converter in Transport Belt Conveyor

1.Overview

Three coal mine is the national "five" key construction projects, mine construction began in December 1993, production in December 2000, field area of about 105 square kilometers, in September 2020 approved annual production capacity of 6 million tons, supporting coal preparation plant, sihekou coal port, coal gangue thermal power plant, is the first domestic coal, electricity, port in the integration of modern vertical well coal mine, waterway, railway, highway, a variety of coal transportation advantages.

2. Implementation plans

Yanzhou Coal Mine site load is provided by coal transport belt conveyor, with 6 FGI BPJ 1-400 / 1140K frequency converter. Divided into 3 groups, 2 sets between the master and slave control.

3.Application advantage

(1) FGI BPJ1 Explosion proof Frequency Converter adopts the master-slave control mode to realize the soft start of the belt conveyor.

(2)FGI BPJ1 Explosion proof Frequency Converter Low frequency operation can output 2.2 times of rated torque, starting time can be adjusted within 1~3600s, to meet the requirements of the belt conveyor heavy load soft start conditions.
