Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant is located in Zoucheng City, Shandong Province. It is adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai Railway to the east, the Weishan Lake to the south, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the west, and the Yanzhou Coalfield to the north. It enjoys unique development conditions and is one of the largest power plants of China Huadian Group Corporation and the leading enterprise of Huadian International Power Co., Ltd. Currently, it has 4 units of 33.5 megawatts, 2 units of 63.5 megawatts, and 2 units of 100 megawatts. The total installed capacity is 461 megawatts. It is the only modern large-scale power generation enterprise in China that simultaneously possesses three capacity levels (30, 60, and 100 megawatts) and two technical levels (subcritical and super-ultracritical), and is one of the largest coal-fired power plants in China with the highest installed capacity and the highest comprehensive energy-saving and environmental protection level.

(1) Constant pressure water supply, stable and efficient
The FGI G71 series of high-pressure frequency converters are equipped with PID regulation function. By adjusting the pipe network pressure and water supply volume in real time, it achieves constant pressure water supply and ensures the stable operation of the water supply system. Its wide speed regulation range and high-precision control significantly reduce energy consumption, and the energy-saving effect has been highly recognized by customers.

FGI employs variable frequency soft-start technology to reduce the impact of motor startup current, extend the lifespan of the equipment, and also supports the function of restarting after a power outage, ensuring continuous operation of the equipment without interruption.

The frequency converter integrates remote monitoring, fault warning and unit bypass functions. Combined with the DCS system, it enables full-process digital control, reducing maintenance intensity and costs, and enhancing the operation efficiency of the power plant.
