This product has successfully broken through the industry bottleneck of difficult long-distance power transmission in underground coal production areas. Without using measures such as parallel cables and mobile transformers, it solves the problem of voltage drop in long-distance lines and can achieve power supply distances of 5,000 meters for the 3,300V coal mining area and 3,000 meters for the 1,140V tunneling area. This not only helps to enhance the efficiency of coal production, but also reduces production costs and improves power supply reliability, providing a stable power guarantee for the construction of intelligent mines.
This scheme can provide reactive power of either capacitive or inductive type continuously and rapidly. It adopts advanced instantaneous reactive power theory and a power decoupling algorithm based on synchronous coordinate transformation. With the set reactive power nature and magnitude, power factor, grid voltage, etc. as control targets, it dynamically tracks changes in grid power quality, adjusts reactive power output, and can achieve curve-set operation, improving power factor, balancing three-phase voltages, suppressing voltage flicker and voltage fluctuations, and eliminating harmonic pollution. This completely resolves the power quality problems existing in the power supply system of underground coal mines.
