1.Equipment introduction
The automatic sorting system is generally composed of a control device, a sorting device, a conveying device and a sorting passageway. The function of the control device is to recognize, receive and process the sorting signal, instruct the sorting device according to the requirements of the sorting signal, and automatically classify the goods by the type of goods, by the place of delivery of the goods or by the class of the cargo owner. These sorting needs can be entered into the sorting control system in different ways, such as through bar code scanning, color code scanning, keyboard input, weight detection, voice recognition, height detection and shape recognition, etc., and according to the judgment of these sorting signals, it is decided that a certain commodity should enter which sorting gate. The role of the sorting device is according to the sorting instructions issued by the control device, when the goods with the same sorting signal pass through the device, the device acts to change the direction of operation on the conveying device into other conveyors or into the sorting chute. There are many kinds of sorting devices, generally push-out, surface, tilt and branch several, different devices on the sorting of goods packaging materials, packaging weight, the smoothness of the bottom surface of the package has not exactly the same requirements.
The main component of the conveying device is the conveyor belt or conveyor, its main function is to make the goods to be sorted through the control device, the sorting device, and the two sides of the conveying device, generally connected to a number of sorting passageways, so that the goods classified slide down the main conveyor (or the main conveyor belt) for subsequent operations. Generally composed of steel belts, belts, rollers, etc., the slide makes the goods slide from the main conveying device to the cargo platform, where the staff will concentrate all the goods at the crossing or storage, or assemble and load the truck and carry out distribution operations. The above four parts of the device are connected together through the computer network, with manual control and corresponding manual processing links to form a complete automatic sorting system.
