The voltage levels cover 3.3kV, 6kV and 10kV, and the power range is 525 - 5000kW.

(2)High voltage explosion-proof SVG
Overall centralized compensation and regional district compensation schemes: The 6kV/10kV series explosion-proof SVG devices are mainly applied in 10kV or 6kV central substations and mining area substations. They are configured in underground 6kV/10kV high-voltage power supply lines and can centrally compensate for all loads in the entire working face or multiple working faces. Combined with terminal compensation and terminal equipment frequency conversion solutions, It can improve the power factor of the working face at the system level, filter out grid harmonics, enhance the transmission and power supply capacity of power supply lines, and save energy and reduce consumption.
(3) Long-distance power supply comprehensive management device
An innovative underground voltage comprehensive control device. This device can achieve reactive power compensation in the underground power supply system, improve the power factor of the power supply system, and reduce the cable voltage drop loss caused by reactive power loss. At the same time, it adopts a compensation scheme to increase the voltage of the power supply system for the cable loss problem caused by active current, thereby compensating for the cable voltage drop loss caused by the active current of the system. It can perfectly solve the problem of low terminal voltage of long-distance end motors, stabilize the terminal voltage value of the power supply grid, and theoretically ensure that the terminal voltage value of the long-distance power supply grid underground is compensated to 97% of the rated grid voltage when the equipment starts up, and the grid voltage value can be compensated to 99% of the rated grid voltage when it operates at full load.

(1)Application case of 10kV high-voltage cascaded maximum power explosion-proof frequency converter
For this project, FGI provides 8 sets of 10kV 2000kW high-voltage explosion-proof frequency converters, which are used to drive two conveyor belts in the underground coal mine. Each conveyor belt is equipped with 4 high-voltage explosion-proof permanent magnet synchronous motors. The 4 explosion-proof frequency converters adopt a master and three slave control mode to achieve permanent magnet direct drive and power balance. Therefore, this project marks the development trend of coal mine electromechanical equipment towards high voltage, high power, long distance, and permanent magnet direct drive.
