1.Overview
Tunnel fan is widely used in tunnel engineering, tunnel fan can be used in the tunnel exhaust and dust during the construction, keep the air circulation of construction site and clean, tunnel fan also applies to tunnel ventilation system, ensure fresh air and circulation in the tunnel, improve the safety and comfort of the working environment. In addition, the tunnel fan can also be used for emergency ventilation, in the tunnel accident discharge harmful gas, to ensure the safe evacuation of personnel. The tunnel fan adopts FGI FD300 type frequency converter. Next, we will introduce the application of FGI FD300 series low voltage frequency inverter in the tunnel fan.
2.Implementation plans
The equipment has two 160kW motors, two FD 300-160kW frequency converters controlled by PLC and touch screen to drive two fans to operate at the same time or in a single unit, which can remotely monitor the running state of the fan and realize automatic control, making the control system more intelligent. The operation data of the frequency converter is saved to the cloud in real time, which can query the historical operation status at any time on the mobile terminal to facilitate the maintenance and maintenance of the fan, improve its work efficiency and safety, and provide better ventilation and environmental protection for the tunnel engineering.
3.Application advantage
The equipment adopts FGI FD300 series low voltage frequency inverter, saving the design and maintenance cost of the system, and simple and convenient operation, energy saving and consumption reduction, and effectively prolong the service life of the fan;
FGI FD300 series low voltage frequency inverter has fast communication response, simple wiring, high-speed communication does not lose frames, so that the equipment runs more stable;
Reduce the impact caused by large current during starting, to ensure the smooth start of equipment; provide complete protection functions of overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and overload, overload capacity 150% rated current for 1 minute, to make the system operation more stable and reliable.
