1.project context
The shortage of water resources is not only the provincial situation in Shandong province, but also an important factor restricting the development of national economy and society. For Jinan, which is near mountains and rivers, with the continuous advancement of urbanization, the population and resources continue to gather, and the urban scale continues to expand, higher requirements are put forward for the city's emergency water supply capacity.
In order to alleviate the problems of economic development and ecological environmental water use in the east of Jinan city, Jinan Urban and Rural Water Bureau plans to construct the east of Jinan water source four reservoir connectivity project, which takes the Yangtze River water and Yellow River water of Donghu Reservoir and Baiyun Reservoir as the water source, transfers water to Wolf Mushan Reservoir and Duzhang Reservoir for ecological water replenishment, and supports the construction of four pressurized pumping stations and water transmission pipelines.

The construction of the project mainly includes water diversion pipeline project, four pressurized pumping stations project and water transfer pipeline project, of which the total length of the water transmission pipeline project is 38.3 kilometers, from north to south through Zhangqiu District, Lisheng District, Jinan High-tech Zone, involving 41 villages, the construction area and the city's national defense optical cable, civil water, gas, electricity and other pipelines staggered laying. Many places cross the railway, highway and other infrastructure, the underground construction surface is complicated, and the construction is extremely difficult.
After winning the bid for the project, FGI attached great importance to and actively cooperated with the project construction, sent technical support engineer Zhang Kai and key account manager Song Yule to the project site, repeatedly communicated with the customer and studied the technical plan, worked diligently and actively coordinated during the project commissioning, and completed the node target set by the superior leadership with quality and quantity, ensuring the normal trial operation of the project.
3.application effect
The project makes full use of the storage capacity of each reservoir, realizes the joint operation of the Yellow River water, the Yangtze River water and the local surface water and the optimal allocation of water resources, and can supply 400,000 cubic meters/day to the Wolf Mushan Reservoir and 200,000 cubic meters/day to the Tourism Road water plant, greatly improving the water supply capacity and water supply guarantee rate of Jinan City and the surrounding areas. At the same time, it plays an important role in ensuring the ecological replenishment of river channels, improving the ecological environment of river channels and enhancing the image of cities.
