In late August, Meng Jun, the head of the Technical Support Department, successively visited multiple new energy power stations of CGN New Energy, including the wind power project in Dezhou, Shandong Province, the wind power project in Weifang, and the photovoltaic project in Liaocheng. He provided "point-to-point" precise operation and maintenance guidance on special topics such as the investigation of potential hazards in the summer high-temperature operation of SVG equipment, the optimization of emergency handling procedures for faults, and the collaborative debugging of remote monitoring systems.
At the wind farm project site in Texas, Meng Jun worked together with the station operation and maintenance personnel in the SVG distribution room to check the operating parameters of core components such as air conditioning operation, unit temperature, and water cooling status one by one. He also elaborated in detail to the customers on the practical points such as "threshold setting for equipment to operate under high temperatures" and "quick cleaning methods for blocked heat dissipation channels". In the Weifang wind power project, considering the recent humid environment characteristics of the station, they conducted in-depth discussions on how to ensure the stable operation of the air-cooled SVG, put forward several constructive suggestions, and at the same time guided the operation and maintenance personnel to master the core skill of "quickly locating fault points".
The person in charge of the CGN New Energy station stated: "The technical team accurately grasps our demands and provides customized solutions for the SVG equipment models and operating environments of different stations." This service model of "going to the site and solving practical problems" has significantly enhanced our confidence in the stable operation of the equipment.
