1.Overview:
Air compressor is the basic product of industrial modernization, often said in the electrical and automation; the air compressor is the air source power, the main equipment is the body of the main equipment of pneumatic system, it is the original (usually motor) mechanical energy into gas pressure energy, is the pressure generator of compressed air.
2.Implementation plans
The frequency converter and the pressure transmitter form a pressure closed-loop system, which automatically reduces the speed of the hydrogen compressor to adjust the gas supply pressure to achieve the economic operation of the compressor. It is considered to install a pressure transmitter on the gas storage tank and feedback the pressure signal to the terminal of the frequency converter to form a constant pressure gas supply system, and the gas supply pressure is set to 0.8MPa.
The rated current of the hydrogen compressor motor shall be equal to or less than the rated current of the constant torque converter. The frequency converter should have a built-in PID regulator and a 4-20 mA analog signal interface. In this case, one FGI FD500 series frequency converter is selected, and 0-1.6MPa is selected for pressure transformer gas supply.
The pressure sensor PT takes out the pressure feedback signal from the gas storage tank and sends it to the input end of the PID regulator inside the frequency converter. Compared with the preset pressure given signal, the PID regulator processing thus determines the working frequency and speed of the motor. On the premise of ensuring that the pressure of hydrogen in the gas storage tank is always constant, the motor speed will be automatically adjusted when the gas consumption changes to maintain high efficiency operation and achieve energy saving.
(1) Using FD500 low voltage frequency inverter under the same load, the working current is smaller, and the power saving effect is more significant;
(2) Smaller and more stable starting current, extremely well to realize the soft start of the system, eliminate the fierce impact of equipment on the power grid and surrounding equipment, and prolong the service life of mechanical components;
(3) Large low frequency torque, strong overload capacity, more effective guarantee of constant pressure gas supply demand of equipment.
