The FD5000 series system features a compact structure, convenient maintenance, and comprehensive protection. It meets the precise control requirements of pulping machines for speed and torque, ensuring safe equipment operation.
This system adopts a one-to-one automatic bypass configuration. Through electrical detection, logic control, and interlock protection, the system can automatically switch the motor load from the variable frequency circuit to the utility power supply circuit. This redundancy scheme activates under conditions such as inverter failure, overload, maintenance, or when preset parameters are met.
The process requires no on-site personnel operation. It automatically completes fault switching, reducing manual response time. It also avoids motor impact, equipment damage, or safety hazards that manual switching errors could cause.
