FGI held the 8th Quality Season Knowledge Competition

On the morning of August 23, 2025, the company held the 8th FGI Quality Season Knowledge Competition.

This competition is divided into team events and individual events. A total of six teams, namely the Marketing Center, the Administrative and Financial Center, the Technology Center, the Pilot Production Center, the Supply Chain Center, and the Quality Control Center, as well as 48 individual contestants, are participating. In his opening remarks, Zhao Shuguo, the chief quality officer, emphasized: "Through the form of competition, ignite the sparks of wisdom in the hearts of employees and let quality awareness run through the entire work process." These resounding words injected powerful momentum into the event.

1. The heroes vie for supremacy, showcasing their prowess

The team competition section is ingeniously designed. In the mandatory questions, the contestants transform into quality gatekeepers and precisely interpret the quality management terms. During the quick response session, "Speed and Passion" was staged, with ideas colliding and sparks of wisdom constantly flashing on the stage. The representative team of the Technology Center, with their outstanding teamwork ability and knowledge reserve, secured the victory and won the first place in the team competition. The contestants from the pilot center frequently scored points with their rich knowledge of quality management and won the second place in the team competition.

After a fierce competition, the 11 advancing contestants engaged in a peak showdown. In the individual quick response session, the contestants were quick-witted and answered fluently, fully demonstrating the professional qualities of FGI employees. Ultimately, Liu Xinyu stood out with an overwhelming advantage and was honored as the champion of this competition.

3.The quality gene is deeply rooted in people's hearts

At the end of the event, the member of the company's Party committee and the chairperson of the trade union, in their concluding remarks, highly affirmed the enthusiasm of all staff for learning quality knowledge. He emphasized: "Quality construction is an ongoing process.
