On June 26th, the National High-Quality Innovative Technology Forum on Energy Conservation, Efficiency Improvement and Low-Carbon Transformation in the Thermal Power Industry was successfully held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The conference was hosted by the China Industrial Cooperation Association. As a leading enterprise in the domestic power electronics field, FGI was invited to attend and share its innovative technologies and practical experiences in energy conservation transformation in the thermal power industry.
The thermal power industry belongs to continuous processes and has extremely high requirements for equipment reliability. FGI's high and low voltage frequency converters, with their outstanding reliability and stability, have achieved multiple domestic substitutions in fields with extremely high reliability requirements such as nuclear power, chemical engineering, and mining, and they have rich engineering experience.
FGI delivered a technical speech titled "Comprehensive Energy-saving Solutions for the Thermal Power Industry with Variable Frequency Technology" at the conference, introducing a number of key technologies developed by the company to enhance reliability: high-voltage motor variable frequency integrated machines, variable frequency drives with reactive power compensation function, four-quadrant variable frequency drive technology for both steam and electricity, and high-voltage energy storage variable frequency drive solutions, etc.
At the exhibition area of the venue, FGI highlighted the transformation of feedwater pumps for units with a capacity of over 660MW in large power plants, the application of comprehensive solutions for dual drive of steam and electricity, and high-speed direct drive high-voltage frequency converters. Through detailed cases, it demonstrated the practical application effects of various technologies to the attending guests.
FGI will continue to lead the development of the high-reliability domestic high-voltage frequency converter industry, adhere to innovation-driven development, provide more secure, reliable, efficient and energy-saving solutions for customers in various industries, and contribute to the green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of China's industrial sector.
