To thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Energy Group's "Five Transformations, Five Enhancements, and Five Improvements" campaign and accelerate the pace of building a talent-driven enterprise, on June 27th, the "Embark on a Professional Journey: 2025 On-the-job Certification Summary Conference" jointly organized by the company's Supply Chain Center, Quality Control Center, and Pilot Plant Center was successfully held in Workshop 2 of the company's industrial park. The conference systematically summarized the achievements of the key position certification work this year, commended advanced skilled talents, and laid a solid talent foundation for the high-quality development of the company.

This year's certification system is deeply in line with the requirements of "transforming the mode of development and improving quality". It innovatively adopts a three-dimensional assessment model of "theoretical written test (30%) + on-site practical operation (60%) + three-level safety (10%)", focusing on core practical abilities such as employees' mastery of theoretical knowledge, the accuracy of quality inspection, and the execution of process standards. The certification activity attracted 160 employees to participate in both theoretical and practical assessments. The overall skill compliance rate has significantly increased compared to last year, and the professional quality of the talent team has been effectively enhanced. After a strict and systematic assessment, a total of 9 employees were awarded the title of "Position Expert" in their respective fields, and 4 employees were honored with the title of "Outstanding Position Expert", setting a benchmark for achievements in their positions.
