1.preface
In order to adapt to the green and low-carbon transformation of the steel industry, Ningbo Steel Plant has recently completed the transformation of the frequency conversion speed regulation system. The project will seamlessly replace electrical appliances for existing pipe and belt coal conveyors and upgrade the communication system from C network to Ethernet/IP. Three FD800 engineering drive and control systems adopt on-line switching mode to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment and greatly improve the production efficiency of the steel mill. This marks the new King brand company to the new direction of productivity, the localization process of high-end equipment to a new height.
2.FGI upgrade solution
The distance between the steel mill and the coking plant is 3.6 kilometers, and the raw materials of the coking plant are transported to the steel mill after treatment, and the refined coal is transported between the two plants with pipe belts to reduce environmental pollution.
(1)frequency inverter transformation
The pipe belt machine adopts the mechanical drive mode of "first two tail one", the upgrade of communication and frequency upgrade, is gradually carried out in accordance with the needs of workshop production and maintenance, the transformed system is a master and two slave working mode, when a device fails, the PLC switches the master and slave to achieve a master and slave control, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, without stopping.
(2)Control system transformation
FGI upgraded the existing control scheme in accordance with the coking plant, upgraded the original PLC controller, and reformed the control network from ControlNet to EtherNet/IP Ethernet, and replaced the original multi-mode fiber communication between the main station and C304 transfer station with single-mode fiber. The reliability of information transmission is improved.
According to the need of technical transformation, FD800 new generation engineering transmission system FD800-60F-1500-6 of FGI company was selected. Its advantages are precise control, environmental friendliness and high efficiency.
