To deeply implement the strategy of building a quality-strong country and promote high-quality development of the enterprise, on July 1, 2025, the launch ceremony of the 8th FGI Quality Season was held in a rigorous and pragmatic atmosphere. The company's leadership team, along with over 110 key representatives from the R&D, production, supply chain and other systems, gathered together to launch the annual quality improvement special campaign under the theme of "Jointly Managing the Five Elements to Build a Solid Quality and Safety Embankment".
This year's Quality Season is based on the new stage of development and closely follows the quality leading requirements of "Made in China 2025". The company has systematically deployed the implementation plan for the Quality Season, focusing on the optimization and improvement of the five core elements of people, machines, materials, methods, and environment. It mainly unfolds around three dimensions: at the level of awareness cultivation, it conducts quality culture promotion and typical case warning education activities; in terms of capacity building, it organizes specialized improvement actions such as skills competitions and process innovation; in the field of mechanism guarantee, it improves the quality responsibility traceability and benchmark selection system. The meeting pointed out that enterprises, as the main body of quality improvement, must firmly grasp the fundamental principle that "quality is the lifeline". FGI will take the Quality Season activities as a carrier, deeply connect with the national standardization strategy and brand construction project requirements, and incorporate quality control throughout the entire value chain including R&D design, supply chain management, production manufacturing, and after-sales service, accelerating the leap from compliance quality to adaptive quality.
