1.Overview:

In our daily life, how are the thick books, a large number of newspapers, beautifully bound calendars and so on these made? This is due to the printing press. Printing press is widely used in China's printing industry, and the main drive of the old model mostly uses DC motor. Because they are products from the 1960s and 1970s, the products are aging. Therefore, the frequency conversion transformation of the printing machine is imperative, and the first step of the transformation is to determine the model of the motor and the frequency inverter.
2.Implementation plans:
Determine the power of the motor and the frequency inverter according to the power and rotation speed of the original motor. The power of the original DC motor is 90 kW and the speed is 525-2100 r/min. Three ordinary asynchronous motors, model y160m-4, are used in this transformation. Adopt FD 300 series low voltage frequency inverter, rated power is 132kw, model FD 300-132g / 160P-4.
3. Application advantages
