1.Application background

2.Defect

The internal mechanical impact of the motor is severe, the heat and wear are large, and the maintenance and repair of the equipment are heavy, the energy consumption is high, and the cost is large. In addition, for the short starting time of the belt conveyor and the large loading force, the belt is easy to break and aging caused by the occurrence of high strength belt, which has to be selected, resulting in increased costs.

4.Project highlights
The loading station and coal transport trestle project is mainly composed of three parts: coal transport trestle, loading station and railway station. The coal transport trestle is responsible for transporting the products of the coal preparation plant to the loading station, with a length of 12.956km and a transport capacity of 8.10Mta. Coal transport adopts closed round pipe belt conveyor, the pipe belt frame is set on the trestle, and the trestle is set on the air. The loading station is responsible for transferring coal from the coal conveyor or other coal directly or through storage and turnover to the train.
After the application of the belt conveyor inverter, the long-distance transmission of the coal conveyor belt and the power balance between the motors are realized, and the one-button start of each conveyor belt is realized, which reduces the loss and greatly improves the work efficiency.

When the medium voltage inverter runs at 100% load, it suddenly changes 100% load to 0%. The belt conveyor runs smoothly, the belt conveyor has no vibration, and the output current changes stably, as shown in the figure on the left.
