Harmonic problem
With the increase in the types of electrical equipment, the 5th, 7th and 11th harmonics generated by nonlinear loads increase significantly.
Reactive power fluctuation and voltage flicker
The underground load fluctuates frequently (for example, the power change at the moment of starting and stopping the belt conveyor can reach 80%). The traditional reactive power compensation device has a slow response speed, resulting in a low power factor, large voltage fluctuation range, affecting the service life of the equipment and causing electricity bill fines.
2.FGI scheme
According to the on-site power quality conditions, high-voltage SVG is installed in the substation for centralized compensation, collecting system voltage and current signals for calculation. It responds quickly to the set targets, improves the power factor of the system, stabilizes the voltage, and detects system harmonics in real time and filters them out promptly.

Millisecond-level dynamic response
It adopts IGBT power units and a chain cascade structure, with a response time of ≤5ms, and can track load changes in real time.
Harmonic control function
It has the function of multiple harmonic detection and simultaneously emits reverse harmonic current for treatment, controlling the power quality of the harmonic current output by the station.
Modular design and high reliability
It adopts N+1 redundant configuration and liquid cooling heat dissipation technology. In case of a single module failure, bypass function can be achieved, which is suitable for high-temperature (above 50℃) and high-humidity (90% humidity) environments.
