From January to November, the completed power generation of Shenglu Power plant increased by 684 million KWH compared with the plan, the income of auxiliary peaking service reached 163 million yuan, the income of capacity electricity price was 161 million yuan, and the standby market achieved an increase of 96 million yuan, of which the settlement income of auxiliary peaking service was 46 million yuan in the first quarter, ranking first in the Northwest Power Grid, exceeding the second by 20 million yuan; The completed power generation of Luxi Power plant increased by 460 million KWH compared with the plan, increased by 992 million KWH compared with the same period last year, and completed the profit of 224 million yuan; Hangjinqi Yijin and Alashan Dam Mountain onshore wind farms have comprehensively improved the actual power generation, fought for market power, and increased the power by more than 42 million KWH and reduced the power limiting loss by 8.89 million yuan by broadening the delivery channels and participating in auxiliary peak load adjustment.
2.Strengthen management to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Starting from the aspects of system, equipment and personnel, FGI has shifted its focus from simple research on production to system research on improving efficiency and reducing cost, and promoted the link between system capability, operation efficiency and production rhythm.
Focusing on reducing unit product consumption, Shenglu Power Plant implemented silo transformation and optimized operation strategy, reducing the cost of coal fired in the furnace by 48 million yuan; Construction of distributed photovoltaic 5.95MWp, the annual maximum power generation is expected to be 8.9 million KWH. Luxi Power plant continued to focus on off-peak power consumption and economic operation, and all unit consumption indicators were reduced year-on-year, the standard coal consumption of power generation and power supply was reduced by 5.08g/kWh and 5.47g/kWh, and the power consumption rate of the comprehensive plant was reduced by 0.31%.
3. Lean management to tap potential and reduce costs
FGI takes lean management as the starting point and builds a new system of whole-system, whole-chain and whole-process lean management to provide strong support for the high-quality development of enterprises.
Luxi Power Plant implemented lean management, and the total profit growth, operating cash ratio, total labor productivity, return on equity and R&D investment intensity exceeded the industry excellent standards by 128.86%, 16.78%, 98.03%, 1.71% and 0.94%, respectively. The asset-liability ratio decreased by 1.52% from the beginning of the year, which is at a good level in the industry. Comprehensively promote the safe and civilized production excellence and lean visualization improvement project, complete the creation of 64 sample areas in 10 batches, refine 212 visual standards, establish 42 sample rooms of electronic and distribution rooms, and achieve 2 detailed assessment revenue of 4 million yuan through fine management. Offshore wind power sites A and B implemented lean maintenance strategies to effectively ensure load output by continuously optimizing maintenance processes and improving equipment performance, and increased power generation by 326 million KWH year-on-year from January to November.
