FGI's "Caring for Customers, Sunshine Service" - Entering Xinjiang

In July 2025, FGI Company, with the theme of "Caring for Customers and Providing Sunny Services", carried out customer follow-up visits in many places in Xinjiang. This event centers on "listening to customer needs and optimizing service experience", and through measures such as on-site visits, technical exchanges, and service upgrades, it further consolidates customer trust and empowers the high-quality development of regional industries.

This event was organized by a special task force called "Sunshine Service" led by Minister Meng Jun of the Technical Support Department and Regional Managers Guo Zongjian and Wang Qingde. They specifically recorded and analyzed the operation of over 60 pieces of equipment at 11 stations in Xinjiang's three bases, namely Midong, Kuitun and Yili, which are operated by Xinjiang Zhonglv Electric. At the Kuitun base, communication and exchanges were held with local power grid dispatchers regarding the operation of the equipment and related technologies.

The four representative stations of China National Nuclear Corporation located in Yili and Karamay regions, this service aims to comprehensively understand the operation status of the equipment, grasp the actual needs on site, collect key information on site, answer on-site questions, promote the sales of spare parts and equipment renovation work.

Xinjiang is a major concentration area for the new energy industry, covering multiple power generation fields such as wind energy and solar energy. With the continuous advancement of China's new energy transformation, Xinjiang's power generation installed capacity holds an important position in the national new energy industry. The FGI team responded to the customer's request of "further standardizing the grid connection operation management of the power system and continuously promoting the construction of the power auxiliary service market mechanism", and went to the front line to listen to the customer's demands. From aspects such as SVG equipment stable operation, operating costs, and equipment service life, they communicated with the customers about the necessity of upgrading and transforming old equipment, formulated daily maintenance key points based on the equipment operation status, and emphasized the importance of equipment maintenance in the on-site usage environment. In response to the high incidence of willow catkins in spring and summer and the severe sandstorm conditions on site, they promptly cleaned the equipment; identified and corrected the potential grass growth hazard inside the SVG fence of some power stations and corrected it in time to avoid causing greater harm. They guided the customers to troubleshoot equipment problems, demonstrated the key points of equipment cleaning, accurately grasped the customer's needs, and comprehensively improved customer satisfaction.

For the new energy industry, the stable operation of equipment is closely related to power generation efficiency, and service quality directly affects the customer experience. FGI always takes "responding to customers' urgent needs" as its action guideline, providing professional services throughout the entire life cycle. The service team can arrive at the scene immediately when an emergency occurs; they actively respond to problems and also detect potential risks in advance through regular inspections and preventive maintenance, thereby reducing the equipment failure rate. According to different application scenarios of customers, they provide compatible technical support; for customers' weak technical links, they conduct point-to-point training to ensure that the on-site operation team can independently solve common problems.
