Closed-loop stability: Features rapid detection of encoder disconnection; supports automatic switch from closed-loop to open-loop operation after encoder failure; supports zero-frequency suspension, equivalent to an electromagnetic brake, which can replace mechanical brake function.
Low-frequency high torque: 0Hz/300%; Strong output capability, 300% load for 10 seconds, 400% load for 1 second.
High speed control accuracy: Accuracy up to ±0.5%, torque response time < 10ms, supports wide frequency operation from 0 to 400Hz, torque fluctuation range < ±5%.
Multi-machine coordinated control: Master-slave drive synchronization error < 1%, achieves power balance among multiple drives through PID algorithm, avoiding "see-saw" phenomenon.
Motor temperature monitoring: Issues warning when winding temperature exceeds 110℃, automatically shuts down at 120℃ to protect motor load.
High-speed field-weakening function: Supports high-speed field-weakening applications for synchronous and asynchronous motors, meeting load requirements in high-speed and ultra-high-speed conditions.
In addition to the above functions, it is equipped with high-performance algorithms to enhance the accuracy of control.
