Pipe and tape machine introduction

In order to solve the problem of dust pollution caused by the physical transmission process, a special type of belt conveyor that wraps loose materials in the forced formation of tubular tape for transportation is called a pipe conveyor as a material conveying equipment.

The conveying principle is exactly the same as that of the ordinary belt conveyor, that is, the conveying tape is used as the conveying media for transferring force and materials, the rotating silver bracket is used as the support of the conveying material tape, and the driving device drives the drum through the direction change and transmission of the drum, so that the conveyor belt relies on the friction between the drum and the tape to carry out circular rotation of the conveying material. The difference is that the ordinary belt conveyor material is transported on the tape forming a flat or trough section, while the tubular belt conveyor makes the material transported in the tape forming a tubular section.

The tubular belt conveyor system of the steel coking plant was put into production in 2009. With a total length of 3.6 kilometers, it connects the coking plant with the main factory, and is used for transporting coal from the raw coal dock in the main factory to the coke oven for coking production and use after unloading the ship, with a rated conveying capacity of 1200t/h.

Coal pipe conveyor adopts the first two tail one frequency conversion drive mode, motor power 880kW, equipped with an encoder for closed-loop control. Under normal circumstances, the control system uses a master and two slave frequency converter to drive the corresponding motor, and in the fault state of one device, the host can be switched to the slave machine to realize the control of one master and one slave.

The FD800 engineering transmission frequency converter used in this system has the following characteristics:

(1) The 12-pulse rectifier scheme can effectively reduce harmonic interference and voltage fluctuations in the process of converting alternating current to direct current. The rectifier unit also has a built-in DC buffer.

(5) Instantaneous stop (low voltage crossing). When the main power supply of the user has a sudden voltage drop due to instantaneous power outage, flash power, power grid switching, etc., the inverter can ensure normal operation within a limited time.

(6) Fast car start. In the free rotation process of the motor, there is no need to wait for the remanence of the motor to disappear, there is no need to search the frequency down from the high frequency, the frequency converter starts from the current frequency of the motor, and drags the motor to run to the set state.

(7) Digital delay error compensation technology. The digital delay compensation algorithm is used to compensate the phase and amplitude delay caused by the period calculation, which can obviously improve the stability and control performance of the control loop.

(8) High reliability. The key devices adopt the long-life devices of international well-known brands, and the system reliability is fully guaranteed from the device level. The optical fiber communication technology is used between the system units to achieve photoelectric isolation, which can meet the special long-distance transmission requirements of the engineering site and effectively ensure the reliability of the system.

(9) Other technical features. Vibration suppression technology, automatic output voltage regulation technology, automatic current limiting function, etc.
