Application of FGI FD300 frequency inverter in longitudinal cutting and slitting machine
1.Overview：
Slitting and slitting machine is also called , slitting machine, rolling shear, disc shear and so on. It is the equipment to uncoil, initial straighten, cut head, longitudinal shear and wind up the coils of different specifications into coils of the required fixed width size. The equipment can be used to process all kinds of cold-rolled and hot-rolled coils, silicon steel plates, stainless steel plates, color plates, aluminum plates and all kinds of metal plates after plating or painting. It is widely used in automobile, container, home appliances, food, packaging, building materials and other metal sheet processing industries.
2.Implementation plans：
The slitting machine adopts HMI+PLC+frequency inverter for system control, which can be set on the touch screen according to the user's demand for production quantity, slitting number, different slitting specifications, slitting speed and other parameters. The system adopts 5 sets of FGI FD300 series frequency inverters, all 5 sets of frequency inverters are equipped with PG card external encoder for closed-loop vector control. The corresponding workstation configuration of the frequency inverter is as follows:
Loading and unloading part: one FD300 series frequency inverters -315G/355P-4 is adopted, set as torque control mode.
Conveying and slitting part: adopt one FD300 series frequency inverters -55G/75P-4, set as speed control mode.
Waste side silk winding part: two sets of FD300 series frequency inverters -55G/75P-4 are adopted and set as torque control mode.
Finished product winding part: one FD3000-75G/90P-4 is adopted and set as torque control.
3.Application advantage
The system adopts closed-loop vector control, which realizes high response of the system, high synchronous and stable operation, and improves the production efficiency;
Wide range of speed regulation and high precision of speed stabilization ensure smooth operation of the equipment, which is simple and easy to operate;
Complete protection functions: input and output phase loss protection, over-voltage, over-current and overload protection;
Unwinding and winding part of the frequency converter common DC bus, conducive to the storage and utilization of braking energy, without external braking resistance, so that the system is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
