The flat metal sheet is transmitted to one side of the three work rollers of the winder by the feeder, under the lower pressure of the upper roller and the rotation of the lower roller, the metal sheet is continuously bent for several times (the inner layer is compressed, the middle layer remains unchanged, and the external tension is tightened), to achieve permanent plastic deformation, and then rolled into the required cylinder, cone or part of it.
A set of guide rollers is added under the lower roller to reduce the distance between the upper and lower rollers, improve the accuracy of the take-up parts and the overall performance of the whole machine.

In the control system of the plate rolling machine, the man-machine interface + PLC+FD300 frequency inverter is used to drive part of the lower roll, the lower roll translation, and the hydraulic oil pump.
