1. Overview of the gas-electric dual drive system

AC/AC high-voltage four-quadrant inverter input The input end is connected to the power frequency, and the output end is connected to the motor.

●When the air source is insufficient and the steam turbine does not work, the four-quadrant inverter drives the motor, the motor drives the induced draft fan or circulating water pump, and the system is driven by frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve energy saving.
● When the gas source is sufficient, the steam turbine drags the fan or the water pump, and the excess energy is transferred to the four-quadrant inverter in the form of power generation, and the energy is returned to the power grid to realize the power generation work of the steam turbine.
● When the steam turbine is abnormal and can not adjust speed normally, the steam turbine exits control, the clutch is off, the DCS in the background gives an emergency power signal to the inverter, and the inverter in the standby state receives the power command to realize fast start and frequency conversion speed regulation process.
● If there is a break in the communication between the frequency converter and DCS, the frequency converter can set a break protection state, which keeps the current state running.

(2)Advantages of gas-electric dual drive scheme - no interference grid connection

The high-voltage four-quadrant inverter will feed the power of the motor back to the 50Hz power grid, and the control circuit will accurately feed the energy of the generator back to the power grid through real-time detection of the input voltage information. There is no impact in the switching control of grid-connected feedback, and the real non-interference grid-connected feedback.
