1.Process introduction
The steel pipe piercing machine through the rotation and extrusion of the roll, so that the solid tube blank perforated to form a hollow tube. In this process, the speed of the roll needs to be flexibly adjusted according to factors such as tube billet quality and size.
The steel pipe punching machine in the working process, need to adjust the speed of the roll according to different steel pipe materials, specifications. For example, for steel pipes with thicker walls, a lower speed is needed to ensure perforation quality and equipment stability; For thin-walled steel pipes, the speed can be appropriately increased to improve production efficiency. 2.System configuration

3.Application advantages
