Any high-quality product is designed, tested, verified and manufactured by people. No one can create a product out of thin air. Therefore, people always come first when it comes to product quality. What should we focus on when it comes to people? The main focus is on work attitude, skill level, training effect, sense of responsibility and understanding of quality standards. For testing:

Work Attitude

The key points are to be proactive, inquisitive, and patient enough. Actively complete the testing tasks, learn new product knowledge, thoroughly investigate the problems identified, find the real causes, actively promote the resolution of the issues, and close the product development quality problems during the testing process. At the same time, the testing should also go deep into the customer's front line for debugging and problem-solving. When facing different customers and different sites, have sufficient patience to explain, answer questions, and study the root causes of the problems. The key to the work attitude is to recruit and select the corresponding personnel, and then provide subsequent training and guidance.

Skill level

As a tester, one must possess relevant skills and knowledge, including understanding of the product (software, hardware, structure), standards, and proficient operation of equipment. Only in this way can one test, be able to test, identify problems, and improve the product to enhance its quality.

Training Effectiveness

The tests will encounter an endless stream of new products, so testers need to be eager to learn and receive prior training on the products being tested. Only by passing the assessment can they ensure the effectiveness of the training and be able to handle the new product tests with ease when they receive them.

Although testing is the final checkpoint in the research and development process, it is inevitable that there will be situations where certain issues cannot be detected, not all aspects are covered, or problems are overlooked. At the same time, as the equipment upgrades and replaces, we also need to keep up with the latest equipment trends and regularly replace more accurate and intelligent equipment to meet the development needs of the products.

3.Material

For testing, materials refer to the components of the tested products. As a tester, it is essential to be familiar with the device, understand its reliable performance indicators for operation, and test its indicators under different working conditions to ensure that it operates within a reasonable range. Therefore, the testing training should cover the components. Especially before the testing of new products, it is necessary to conduct training in advance to understand the functions, performance and related index requirements of the new components.

4.Method

For testing, "method" refers to testing methods, equipment operation instructions, and test project operation instructions. Tests should constantly refine and improve the above-mentioned "methods". So as to ensure that the test results of different people and different times are consistent, valid and reproducible.

5.Environment

For testing, the environment is to simulate various working environments and conditions of equipment operation as much as possible through various means, so that the product can withstand hot and cold tests and meet environmental adaptability. 6.Measure

For testing, "measurement" is the criterion for judgment. Where do the test judgment criteria come from? Due to familiarity with national and industry standards for products, the product must first and most fundamentally meet both national and industry standards. From the familiarity with the device, understanding the functional performance and related index requirements of the device, testing that the functional performance of the device meets the requirements and the related indicators operate within the reasonable working range; Based on an understanding of the product (software, hardware, structure), it is necessary to know which functions, performances and related indicators the product meets.
